Why we built this
You shouldn’t have to choose between “call someone you found on a yard sign” and “wait four days for a window.” We connect homeowners with licensed, insured technicians who can be at the door today, often in under 90 minutes. The booking is transparent. The pricing is approved upfront. The pro is vetted before they ever pull up to your curb.
How we vet technicians
Every technician on the platform has cleared the same bar before they can accept a job:
- Active California contractor license in their trade (C36 plumbing, C10 electrical, C20 HVAC, and so on)
- Current liability insurance on file. Rechecked annually
- Background check cleared before their first dispatch
- Real name, real photo, real credentials visible in the app before they accept a job
- Ongoing rating floor. Consistently low ratings means off the platform
- Ride along or onboarding review with a platform lead before first solo job
